A Hotel Life & Curacity Toast The Holidays At The EDITION

If you’ve explored A Hotel Life recently, you may have noticed a few changes. The site has evolved every year since it was founded in 2013, and we decided to cap off 2016 with one of our biggest additions yet. We’ve partnered with Curacity to add a major new feature to the site, ‘Get A Room,’ and with that you now have the ability to book hotels directly from AHL.

With the new features, we’ve made it even easier for our readers to create their own experiences with our site as a guide. Because at the core of AHL, it’s all about incredible people, who are willing to explore anything and everything the world has to offer. That’s exactly what we were reminded of last night at our annual holiday party, where new and old friends showed up at the New York EDITION to celebrate the season. Day 1 supporters sipped on vodka cocktails alongside people just discovering the website, all reveling in the atmosphere of seasonal joy (and seasonal excess, if we’re being honest). The eclectic crowd brought together people in fashion (Timo Weiland, Lily Kwong), hospitality (Matt Kliegman, Frank Roberts), and downtown creative culture (Zoe Buckman, Morgan Collett) for an entertaining evening of drinking, dancing, and figuring out what trips to take in 2017 with the people who know best. Celebrating with a wonderful group all in a room together, we were reminded of our goal to continuously create the best experience for people who are as passionate about design and culture as we are, and hope to inspire a few new adventures along the way.
