1. What’s your go-to travel gear?
I carry 3 types of bags depending on the mood and spirit of my destination. When traveling to big cities for business I am all Prada. I have ROLLERS and DUFFELS and BRIEFCASES and ATTACHE CASES, all in Safiano leather. If going to a more outdoorsy location (I travel to Park City every other week) I go with TOPO. Their American-made backpacks and duffles take a beating and have tons of pockets and compartments to stay organized. Recently I have fallen in love with Heimplanet from Germany. THE MONOLITH DAY PACK goes from messenger bag to backpack to briefcase. It’s sleek, yet built for the outdoors.
2. What’s your go-to travel uniform?
A Prada fannypack (don’t judge) that has my passport, wallet, keys, lotion, lip balm, foldable sunglasses, iPhone, phone cord, and Valium so all my essentials are easy to grab at any moment. I pair that with Prada sweats, tees, jackets, vests, hats (all in black or gray cotton), and NIKE FREES in neon colors. I am a Prada guy, after all.
3. Can’t travel without?
Valium for overnight flights. I take one, fall asleep, and wake up with no hangover. Every other sleeping pill makes me feel like shit the next day.
4. Oddest thing I’ve ever packed:
5. Favorite thing to knick from the hotel?
I steal everything from Soho House lotions, deodorant, lip balm, condoms, etc! They have the best products from Cowshed in the room and I load up!
