Grab coffee and breakfast at Folk or the Farm. Head up to Doma in the tiny hilly town of Federal for lunch (and some of the best sushi you will ever experience). Drink coconut chill martinis at the Italian. Surf at the Pass or Wategos, and hike up to the lighthouse (the most easterly point of Australia). If you are feeling really adventurous, go looking for Whites Beach…and the waterfalls (there are so many hidden wonders to be found).
