The main entrance to Hotel Onni doesn’t quite do the boutique hotel justice. Interiors and service are far superior to the old and uninspiring signage.
The bedroom was spacious, feminine and airy. Wooden floors and ceiling set against delicate hues of pink and cream.
My living room kitted out with antique pieces and regency chairs.
Don’t mind if I do! Charles Smith award winning Pink Bubbles, macaroons & fresh flowers were a nice touch.
The apple tree! Just outside my suite window abuzz with bees and butterflies. Lovely!
I love this reception. Four of the ‘main house’ rooms are off it. Lovingly designed with easy chairs, chenille rugs and old cabinets.
Lovely upstairs dining area just off the regency-style reception. Quite fancy, that orange sofa.
The spread for Sunday brunch at SicaPelle was delightful. With shrimp, salmon, pastries, salads and fresh juices, brunch here is a must!
My fairy-tale cabin that I called my ‘dolls house’ on account of its cuteness.

The location is great for wandering around Porvoo’s old Town. Plenty of boutiques, cafes, bars to explore as well as all the nature!

Onni is such a charming place, you feel like you’re in a fairy tale.
