Funky, retro-chic décor and a FABULOUS bathroom equipped with Aesop products and a large freestanding tub.
Across the street from one of the best boulangeries in Paris: is there a better way to wake up than to the smell of baking pastries?
The staff, though friendly and attentive when present, like all Parisians, enjoy their leisure time and so were nowhere to be found upon returning past midnight at the hotel (it was Bastille Day, however, so one can hardly blame them).
The rooms, albeit charming, are small. Although, why one would ever wish to stay indoors in Paris is beyond me.

The hotel is home to two of the new, hip food phenomenon that has swept through Paris in the past decade. Try the Restaurant Jean-Francois Piege if you like your meals to mimic masterpieces or The Brasserie Thoumieux for somewhat sexier, saucier late-night eats. The Brasserie Thoumieux.
Bring ‘em! Part Sofia Coppola, part Willy Wonka, the bright colours and stimulating décor are sure to delight the little ones.
