There's not a ton to do at night in Burlington. Many more day activities and lots of eating and drinking.
Most seasons seem to offer a completely different experience. Some months are not ideal, so make sure to visit during the key seasons vs. “mud month” after the lake fully thaws out while transitioning to spring.
