Outside my room, perfect for sitting and watching the nightfall.

All white with colorful details, simple is always best!

Bedroom terrace.

Very simple but cool details like the yellow table.

Breakfast was my favorite part of the day, that view was the best part!

Al Cielo restaurant bar, The Bar, is the coolest part of the restaurant! The cocktails are OK.

White and Klein Blue.

Those palapas reminded me of witch hats.

Salt water lagoon - it’s amazing, like a natural swimming pool. Behind it is a spring water river. If you get lucky you can see manatees.

Klein blue details everywhere! Loved the design consistency.

In my opinion, it is the best dish on the menu.

Plunge pool outside my room. Not all rooms have them, I got lucky!

View from second floor. Xpu-ha beach is one of the best beaches on the Mayan Riviera, it’s a gem….

Highs & Lows

  • It’s located on one of the best beaches in the Mayan Riviera, better than any beach in Tulum.

  • You can hear the ocean from your room - it’s the most soothing thing for sleeping.

  • The hotel is simple and very chic. I LOVED the Klein blue and white combination that you can see everywhere in the property.

  • The food in the restaurant has to improve. There is nothing to write home about it. I also think it's super over priced for what you get.

  • The bathroom drains smelled some days.

If you like fishing, you can speak to one of the local fisherman and they can take you fishing. It’s a unique experience to go out at sea on a panga boat. You can also take advantage of the ride to snorkel - there is an amazing coral reef a few meters from the beach.
