Outhouse for small private happenings & a cute little garden nook for romancing, especially when the fire is lit.

Welcome to my abode...the living room/first floor of Suite 1, complete with plenty of really good books! Great spot to slip on a robe and get nice & cozy.

Upstairs bliss…dreamy bed and open woodburning fireplace.

Bedside treats set the mood…and potentially get the sheets really dirty. I devoured these delicious fresh chocolate covered strawberries.

Massive bathroom with the deepest tub for two.

All I needed was a bath-side table for my glass of merlot.

Two power sunshine showers...takes all the fun out of sharing. But who could be mad?

Loved our private patio - perfect spot for a breakfast feast and The New York Times.

Bikes come in handy to nip around town or to the beach.

And they are very comfortable to ride.

Oh and did I mention they bake pastries, muffins & treats daily? Take a few to pack for the day.

The communal rooms include a big kitchen where a pretty impressive breakfast spread is laid out: fresh local cream cheese and smoked salmon and a huge stocked fridge that guests can help themselves to any time of day.

Pilgrim Shop in Amagansett Square.

The house and lawn...complete with hammocks & adirondacks.

Highs & Lows

  • Two open, wood burning fires in my suite! Couldn’t be happier… and the staff will come to light them for you whenever you command, 24 / 7.

  • Massive bathroom with a huge soaking tub and a walk in closet! I’m sold.

  • The Duxiana bed. Let me say it again, The BED - like sleeping on a cloud. Best bed EVER… so dreamy it hurt me to go back to my own.

  • Beach passes for every East Hampton beach - town and village! That’s impressive. Plus all the towels, beach chairs and umbrellas you need… and free SUV service in case you don’t feel like driving or cycling.

  • I would add some design elements such as more chairs in the bathrooms and bedrooms. And a bigger TV in the bedroom.

  • The grounds are beautiful, (perfect for weddings) but having a little pool would be the icing on the cake. Apparently it’s on the cards for a later addition.
