A Return To Culture: Frieze Week at NeueHouse

On May 5, Frieze New York gets underway. In years past, the arrival of this seminal art fair marked a significant moment in the cultural calendar—a convergence of people, ideas, culture, and conversations. This year, Frieze represents something more: the first step towards a return to cultural life.

At the same time, so much has changed—from the ways we live, work, and connect to the reckonings around race that have reverberated throughout the worlds of culture. The question becomes, what will we do with this moment? How will we take the lessons of the past year and carry them forward?

While Frieze NY is sold out, you can still follow their coverage on socials and attend the thoughtful calendar of events NeueHouse has curated during Frieze week. The program is aimed at fostering community and providing a stage for the new: new ideas, new conversations, new perspectives, new connections.
