Amidst miles of pristine sandy beaches edged by tranquil turquoise waters, explore wellness in all its forms, from personal to planetary, at Maldives’ first-ever health and wellbeing-focused festival. Hospitality innovator Soneva has partnered with Organic India to launch SOUL Festival at Soneva Fushi within the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The debut edition will take place from 29 September to 8 October 2023.

With an extensively personalized itinerary, the SOUL festival invites guests to embark on an immersive well-being journey by way of food, ritual, and barefoot celebrations. Spread over the course of ten days and two weekends, the festival includes a global lineup of visionaries, thought-leaders, and wellness pioneers to further explore the frontiers of health and wellbeing.

The weekends have a host of diverse programs — from panel discussions with world-renowned health and wellness leaders such as psychologist, scientist, and social entrepreneur Shamini Jai, Dr. Emeran Mayer, and Shauna Shapiro to group yoga and meditation classes, healing rituals, and live music performances. As for weekdays, the focus is inward — with daily experiential workshops and one-on-one consultations with world-famous wellness specialists and practitioners, including Ayurvedic doctor and author Dr. Robert Svoboda and anxiety and mindfulness coach Amanda Huggins

Between sessions and panel discussions, guests also get to enjoy and experience all that Soneva Fushi has to offer. The breathtaking island location is a one-of-a-kind chance to reconnect with nature, from dining on the treetops and ziplining through rainforests to snorkeling and swimming with manta rays. Adding to that are stunning accommodations, the finest cuisine emphasizing plant-based and adaptogenic foods that rebalance and restore, and exquisite service.
