Highs & Lows

  • Very friendly, very cool staff. Helpful and more than willing to share recommendations.

  • The design & vibe of the hotel was incredible. A very comforting, nostalgic style but young and adventurous all the same.

  • I fell in love with the room the very first night, when I put on the robe and laid in bed. Even more so when I noticed how many open outlets there were for charging our phones/iPads/cameras/etc. without having to unplug a lamp or move a night stand.

  • Some of the best of Portland is right downstairs: Clyde Common restaurant & bar and Stumptown Coffee Roasters. All equally of the highest quality & greatest taste.

  • The restaurant was pretty strict about their menu & substitutions. They take their food pretty seriously... but I can understand why, the food is incredible!

  • The cleaning staff did a great job with the room, but I was surprised to see our dirty, used glasses from the restaurant still in the room from the day before.
