Highs & Lows

The staff at Hotel Le Sud are JUST. SO. NICE. They make you feel welcome and give you recs you can *actually* trust.
The interiors by Stéphanie Lizée are top-notch, but also down-to-earth enough that you feel comfortable here.
The verdant backyard and perfect pool. I could drink there every day.
The water pressure in our shower was surprisingly amazing.
The hotel just has happy vibes. It made us feel good every day.

Our room really needed a blackout shade — both for the nighttime street lights and morning sun.
If you come by car, ask in advance for hotel parking. If it's full, you'll have to park 7 minutes away.

Hotel Le Sud is smack in the middle of charming Juan Le Pins, France, about a 20 minute walk from Antibes. The area isn't fancy, but it's right by the beach, and the hotel shares a street with some amazing bakers, butchers, and fromageries. As such, the hotel isn't secluded but it feels that way when you're in the back garden and pool surrounded by lush vegetation (and a really tall fence).
