While the chic entrance to the hotel is on a main beach thoroughfare, it is subtly shielded from road traffic by thick, translucent sliding glass doors imprinted with the hotel logo.

Step through the breezy reception area, and you’re met with jaw-dropping Mediterranean views that also overlook the hotel’s gorgeous rock pool.

The property is set on three levels that descend toward the beach and coastline. One of the resorts two restaurants, the more casual La Plage, overlooks the water.

The hotel’s design is equally Mediterranean and mid-century Brutalist—and it works.

A lounging nook adjacent to the property’s casual, all-day, ocean side restaurant.

Each guest room features a cozy patio with ocean views.

The sun sets over the fresh saltwater rock pool.

The property’s upscale restaurant La Terrasse, is set in an indoor/outdoor dining space with a bar. The concept is a chef-driven set menu with fresh ingredients sourced from the local market each day.

Highs & Lows

  • The scene. From the moment you walk through the gorgeous glass-paneled front door and see right through the narrow building to the ocean, you’re in seaside heaven.

  • The pier...that leads right into the water. Climb down, dive off, or stand at the edge and ponder the universe.

  • The bar offers a variety of local spirits to sample. One not to miss is rinquinquin, a delightful peach liqueur with a hint of summery sweetness.

  • The slow pace of service is nice if you’re there to relax, but can feel a tad too slow if you’re there working (and need another coffee or spritz, stat).

    Relaxed Riviera meets mid-century brutalist.
