Highs & Lows

  • The oversized suite was very appreciated as was the super cushy bedding -- pillows were extra cozy!

  • Loved CURE bar – perfect for an après ski snack and cocktail or for a casual dinner. The burger was rather exceptional. And obsessed with the chocolate fondue. Also met some lovely people – not too stuffy. Also, loved the breakfast.

  • The wellness-focused full service spa and sauna is dreamy, and Jivamukti yoga is onsite.

  • The sunset on the snowy frozen lake was absolutely beautiful especially sitting in front of the fire after a long day of skiing. And the hot coco was perfect after a day in the snow.

  • The new restaurant, while delicious, needs dimmers on the lights – far too bright and stark. Dinners and candlelight would make the world of a difference.

  • Need to take a shuttle to the creekside gondola and to main Whistler Village, but that's also the charm.

  • Books up quickly so couldn't stay our entire trip.

Important Bits

  • Type

Luxury Chalet Style Lodge Nita Lake Lodge, although not in the main village, is a little slice of heaven in the Creekside Village, and on the most breathtaking glacier-fed lake that is vast and serene. It is a 4-star hotel with ample amenities and oversized suites with fireplaces overlooking that lake. For those worried about not being in the main village, no need to fret. Creekside has its own gondola so you are still slope-side, and Nita offers a shuttle every 15 minutes to take you to the main village.

Amazing bar, Cure lounge and patio -- perfect for après ski with a great cocktail program.

  • Minibar

Yes, minimal but sufficient. Nice coffee station for the am!
