The Best Drinks Around The World Come To London Cocktail Week
The worlds top bartenders team up with London’s best for a week of decadent drinking
Starting on October 1st, London is turning into a bigger cocktail hub than it already is. With the start of London Cocktail Week, locals and travelers alike get to experience innovative and delectable cocktails over the course of seven days with a series of parties, tastings, and masterclasses. There are around 80 events for you to take advantage of, plus dozens of bars who are participating with specials, so we’ve rounded up 10 of the best events which are free with a festival pass (which is £10, and comes with discounted cocktail prices at many bars and events). Cheers mates!

The Sun Tavern x The Dead Rabbit Taproom Takeover
What: New York staple The Dead Rabbit returns to The Sun Tavern, this time bringing three cocktails created by Jillian Vose all featuring the bar’s new in-house whiskey, The Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey.
Where: The Sun Tavern
When: October 2nd, 6pm
The Cocktail Village
What: Free with a festival pass, the Cocktail Village is the heart of LCW, featuring three distinct spaces and over 40 cocktail experiences with brands like Don Julio, Tanqueray, and St. Germain.
Where: The Cocktail Village, Brick Lane
When: October 3rd to October 7th
Patron: The Three Amigos
What: Three international bartenders will take part in Patron’s LCW event, but the only information they’ve provided is “A Russian, a Japanese, and a Greek walk into a bar…” On top of that there’s a “top international DJ” booked. A night full of surprises.
Where: The Napoleon Hotel
When: October 2nd

Grand Marnier Presents ‘A Touch of Rouge’
What: Grand Marnier is hosting an evening with contemporary dance troupe The Divine Company, where they’ll pair performance and cocktails to evoke La Belle Epoque.
Where: Oriole
When: October 2nd & 3rd
The Grand Takeover: Le Syndicat x ECC
What: Grand Marnier might be hosting in London, but this is an all-French event. Parisian bar Le Syndicat—known for only using French spirits—takes over the Experimental Cocktail Club, which also originated in Paris.
Where: Experimental Cocktail Club
When: October 2nd & 4th
Dandelyan x Fancy Free
What: For two days, the team from Melbourne’s Fancy Free will join the award winning Dandelyan bar at the Mondrian Hotel, where they’ll collaborate on a menu combining cultures.
Where: Dandelyan
When: October 2nd to October 3rd

The Monkey Temple
What: While the Cocktail Village has dozens of cocktail providers, one of the best gin brands Monkey47 is offering guests a scavenger hunt with a prize for victors. Grab the Monkey Map and a cocktail and let the hunt begin!
Where: The Cocktail Village
When: October 3rd to October 7th
Bulleit Block Party
What: Bulleit is taking over Nine Lives to host a block party featuring their signature cocktails. Enough said!
Where: Nine Lives
When: October 6th
Monkey Shoulder LCW After Party
What: Monkey Shoulder might have a massive cocktail mixer at The Cocktail Village but it’s not all they’re bringing to LCW. Skyline views, top DJs, and fire dancers will make up their after-party for the festival.
Where: Jin Bo Law Skybar
When: October 6th
#NoMoreMocktails: Coya Mayfair x Seedlip
What: It might be London Cocktail Week but there’s still room for Seedlip, the most popular new non-alcoholic spirit at a time when the ‘mocktail’ is being reinvented. Fear not, there will be low-ABV drinks as well, and best of all, it’s all free!
Where: Members Club Terrace at COYA Mayfair
When: October 2nd
