Old Meets New Meets Global in the We Are ONA Mexico Pop-up
Chef and Sommelier duos bring French Bristronomie to Círculo Mexicano

By Amulya Hiremath on 10.08.21
Downtown Mexico City, views of the Metropolitan Cathedral, National Palace, Templo Mayor and Torre Latinoamericana — you, undoubtedly, must be at Circulo Mexicano, the latest addition to Grupo Habita’s Mexico City portfolio. And now this stylish place has a new jewel — a We Are ONA pop-up on its rooftop restaurant.

With chef and sommelier duos changed each month, ONA Mexico brings French “Bistronomie” to the city with its latest initiative. Featuring a six-course tasting menu which combines French cuisine with local Mexican ingredients, complete with a specialised wine-pairing, this pop-up is a hard one to pass.

Romain Tischenko, of Top Chef France fame, and Ioulia Gourieva are the first of the three duos curating the menu and will be available till October 10th. Harry Cummins & Marie Delbarry, will head the pop-up next, while Clement Guernalec & Lucie Soerensen are invited to follow them.

With stunning views of the city and France on a plate, old meets new meets global in the We Are ONA Mexico pop-up, making it one delectable culinary adventure.
