For this, we asked our friend, avid traveler, industry insider, and fitness and wellness expert Silke Hensel to share some of her favorite hotel gyms that are disrupting the hospitality industry with a new and innovative approach to the windowless, often neglected gym rooms. One of Silke’s favorites, the two-story gym at the holistic health resort Lanserhof Sylt.
