The White Lodge to Host Yoga For Bad People Retreat
The wildly popular yoga retreat heads to Baja, Mexico, this winter

By Amulya Hiremath on 11.21.22
We love it when our friends come together to create great experiences. Yoga for Bad People is headed to The white Lodge in Los Cabos this December for a six-day retreat at Baja’s secluded gem overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The retreat will run from 7th December 2022 to the 12th.
Recognizing that one of the obstacles to yoga is “adhering too strictly to rules,” Yoga for Bad People aims to keep all the elements of a yoga practice but add in some spice to make the retreat a bit more fun, a bit more relaxed, and a hands-down good time. Guests at the retreat will enjoy two yoga classes every day — one a vinyasa-style session and another focusing on proper alignments and therapeutic benefits of postures. The immersive experience also includes daily meditations, a local Temazcalli Ceremony, and plenty of time to enjoy the area, which boasts the best surfing, whale-watching, and UNESCO-protected coral reef in the Baja peninsula.

Hosted at The White Lodge, a ten-suite, eco-luxury property, guests also get five nights’ accommodation along with all meals included in the package. Participants also get plenty of time amidst the wellness programming to hit the hotel’s Zenica spa, or relax on the pristine Cabo del Este beaches, a ten-minute walk away. The package starts from $2800/person, with a $200 discount running for reservations through the month of November, and can be booked here.
