Highs & Lows

  • Little touches at turn down service like the Thai bedtime stories and dried local fruit.

  • Great breakfast, lots of options.

  • Truly lovely staff, the hotel is run super efficiently without service ever feeling cold.

  • The most peaceful, relaxed hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

  • Not that much to do in walking distance from the hotel, more food options nearby would’ve been great.

  • Great service from their drivers but the hotel-organised transfers are a little expensive

Important Bits

  • Type

Small-scale luxury beach hotel & spa.

  • Vibe

Minimal luxury, incredibly laid back, private and quiet. A no-rave zone.

  • Location

Secluded. Directly on well-kept Natai Beach, 25 minutes drive from Phuket airport but worlds away from party-town.

  • Rooms

    30; 15 villas & 15 suites.

  • Music

Background music (generic chilled spa soundtrack) at the open-air reception but otherwise quiet.

  • Year Opened

    2006

  • Designed By

    Overseen by owner Anchalika Kijkanakorn.

  • Health & Wellness

Infinity pool overlooking the beach but many of the suites have their own.

  • Restaurant

Two restaurants, the more Western The Edge located on the beach and The Natai which focuses on Thai food. Both excellent.

  • Bar

No bar as such but drinks service on the beach and at The Edge restaurant.

  • Minibar

Well-stocked. Thai beers and juices, the usual soft drinks as well as gin and whisky.

  • Children

If they’re well behaved, yes, not what I’d describe as a family hotel though.

  • Price

High(ish) for Phuket but affordable outside of high season and amazing value for money for what you get/service.
