Highs & Lows

  • The décor. Eye candy, but make it classy. It is so fun to be there and the design is not done for design's sake only, the spaces are functional and comfortable.

  • The food (and the vibe) at Café Les Deux Gares across the street. Really delicious.

  • While the areas right around Paris' train stations are not the ones painted in our dreams, this neighborhood is improving a lot and being so close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est is super convenient to get in and out of town — either from other cities like London or from the CDG airport.

  • The hotel staff and the Touriste team (company who owns LDG and a few other gems in Paris) were a joy!

  • I get the French thing of not eating much and keeping it classy with un petit croissant et café, mais I’d really love to go back and find some healthy, gluten free options for breakfast.

  • Future Forward

COVID rules had the hotel carrying plastic water bottles but they are back to glass, refillable ones which is fantastique!

  • Music

Lovely mix of old school but cool French tunes and Bossa Nova

    Luke Edward Hall

  • Health & Wellness

A small but mighty gym and a sauna

Café Les Deux Gares right across the street is most likely my new favorite restaurant in Paris — fresh, delicious French cuisine with a twist. Breakfast is served in the colorful lobby which is super nice but the options could be more interesting (and healthy).

Lots of cool cats hanging at Café Les Deux Gares having une (o plus) verre de vin

    Nope

The hotel has a small elevator but is not accessible for those on a wheel chair

  • Pet Friendly
