Highs & Lows

  • A view from my room of the Temple of Hephaestus

  • The bed was the most comfortable in Athens

  • The owners knew the history of the space and were happy to share their knowledge

  • The area was extremely safe

  • A comfortable daybed was also in the room — perfect for a couple traveling with a child

  • For those working remotely, a spacious desk, with a beautiful view of the Temple of Hephaestus, was built directly under the windows which opened onto the terrace

  • A bistro table and chairs were set up on the private terrace — perfect for breakfast and to watch the sunset with a glass of wine

  • The owners mentioned it might be loud in my room due to traffic. I didn't notice, but on the off chance you do, ear buds are available!
