The service is truly sublime. Of course, the staff is super professional and very kind, but what makes them stand out is that their approach is how can I make the guests stay as best as possible. Mind-bendingly, every single staff member we encountered knew our names.

The pool offers scenic views of the mountains, and it’s so relaxing and enjoyable that you'll want to lounge here all day. The spa offers a variety of hydrotherapy facilities like wet and dry saunas, cold plunges, and steam showers, alongside a state-of-the-art gym.

The website is very easy to navigate and you receive a detailed confirmation immediately after you've placed your booking. Upon arrival, if you're taking the train to Andermatt, the hotel sends an Audi Q5 to pick you up and whisk you to the hotel

Every evening we had a 'Swiss-style aperitivo' with a selection of divine Swiss cheeses and champagne — as a cheese and wine lover this was my foodie highlight
