Important Bits

  • Type

The recently re-opened 1920’s Villa Carlotta in Hollywood is a residential hideaway with the sophistication of a five-star hotel and is the ultimate in luxury. Villa Carlotta leads the trend in transient residential living, with a 30 day minimum stay, ideal for those in Los Angeles for extended stays for filming, recording an album, award season or Frieze art fair.

  • Vibe

Incredibly chic – like the new Chateau. A really great mix of people staying here – from the film, music and art industry – lots of creative people and the chance to meet other people

  • Location

Close to Silverlake, Los Feliz, in the heart of Franklin Village, close to Bronson and Beachwood Canyon and underneath the Hollywood sign. Pretty quick to get downtown and West Hollywood.

  • Rooms

Almost 50 apartments – two duplexes with two-bedrooms over two floors, several one bedrooms and then the rest are HUGE spacious studio apartments which are bigger than most NYC / London apartments – all super spacious with their own kitchen and dining area

  • Music

    Not really...

  • Year Opened

Re-opened in 2018 after several years of careful renovation and restoration.

  • Designed By

Designed by local, design firm, Studio Preveza, no two units share the same layout, and almost all original moldings, cabinetry, sinks, doors, and huge windows. All rooms have custom made furniture and have a chic European charm.

  • Health & Wellness

A club-house and pool will be arriving in 2019.

  • Restaurant

  • Minibar

There is a beautiful courtyard and incredible rooftop under the Hollywood sign, both with amazing areas to host friends for dinner parties / sunset drinks. The Villa also have regular events and supper-clubs / drinks for the residents to create a community feel.

  • Children

There are larger apartments for those with children.

  • Price

Much better value than airbnb or hotel for a longer term stay, and the beauty is that these are serviced apartments so you have everything you need.
