Highs & Lows

  • Women-run — sisters from the same family who has been running the hotel for over two decades

  • Well-being, familiarity, sustainability, and art are some of 7 Islas' fundamental philosophies

  • The hotel offers guests and locals an oasis in the middle of the city to slow down and relax. The hotel's different areas, such as the patio, full of plants and a freshwater fountain, invite silence and stillness

  • Sustainability is important and it shows by some of their practices: LED bulbs throughout the hotel, reuse of coffee grounds to fertilize plants, no single-use plastics, event the uniforms are form a sustainable brand

  • 7 Islas has a private art gallery in the lobby, 7I Art Gallery — supporting emerging and established artists

  • Excellent customer service and hospitality. The front desk team was super helpful with everything from setting up dinner reservations, transportation, and a picnic on the terrace

  • Could be an issue for some, 7 Islas does not have a spa
