Highs & Lows

  • The design of the entire hotel made me feel relaxed as soon I stepped through the doors, and even though the hotel was at capacity during my entire stay, the common spaces hardly ever felt crowded or loud.

  • Being able to wake up and watch the sunrise from my own private balcony and see Casco Viejo start to come to life in Plaza Herrera.

  • The staff was very courteous and professional and exceeded my expectations in dealing with an unexpected issue that arose.

  • Aesop bath products were by far my favorite amenity.

  • If your room faces Plaza Herrera, it won’t be the quietest. Plaza life starts early and goes late, so be prepared for some street noise as well as the sound of plentiful church bells.
