Highs & Lows

  • Details details details! Very impressed with the design and styling of the hotel, upon walking into the space you can tell how much thought was put into designing every detail!

  • Lots of communal spaces to get cozy and hide out in.

  • The pool is a DREAM come true.

  • Stunning views of the mountain & ocean. This hotel is on pacific side so the sunset is magical.

  • All rooms are peaceful, most of them with its own balcony/private hang out space, with a very comfortable bed.

Important Bits

    Luxurious desert beach town oasis.

Hotel San Cristóbal sits on the beach on the southwestern edge of the Baja peninsula in Todos Santos, Mexico.

  • Rooms

    32

An eclectic mix of indie rock – Washed Out, Dirty Projectors, etc.

  • Year Opened

  • Designed By

Austin-based hospitality design and management company Bunkhouse, led by visionary hotelier Liz Lambert of Hotel San José, Hotel Saint Cecilia etc).

  • Health & Wellness

No gym but has the most gorgeous teal blue pool with 2 hot tubs built in the center of the pool (steps away to the pool bar! So smart!).

  • Restaurant

Benno, the hotel’s restaurant and bar, offers a mix of classic Mexican and Mediterranean cuisine. The menu focuses on variations on regional Mexican staples. Also, the fish is freshly caught daily by the local Todos Santos fishermen that is brought in daily! I recommend starting your day off with the homemade granola + yogurt. Superb.

  • Bar

Yes, two bars on property. A cozier bar with a fireplace at Benno or the poolside bar. The cocktail menu highlights small-batch mescals, tequilas and delicious fresh cocktails, of course Mexican beers!!

  • Minibar

No mini bar but I was welcomed with a small bottle of mescal and delicious sliced oranges.

  • Children

This is definitely a hotel you’d want to come with your significant other or a close friend(s), so maybe leave the kids with the nanny!

  • Price

    Affordable luxury.
