At Manda Bay we had one of the most romantic dinners right on the beach and under the stars. The only lights where from candles and the moon!

If you are a bit adventurous you can do some great activities like supping, water skiing, diving, snorkelling and deep sea fishing.

Don’t forget to go on the original sailing boat, a Dhow, to watch the sundowner with some nice drinks — it is magical, mystical, idyllic.

To visit Lamu you have to take a boat and that makes it it bit more of a hustle to move around.

It is always good to check which season it is when you are there because it can be a very different experience. December till February is the best as the water is super clear and there are no heavy rains.
