The check in to Okupa can be done online before your arrival, you will receive an email and can put all your details in online. The only thing you will have to do on arrival is show a passport. Interior Designer Nohad Boueiz and Andrea Zoumboulis from REMY Architects joined forces to fill the common spaces with mid- century furniture from iconic designers such as Van De Rohe or Marcel Breuer. The design concept drew inspiration from this intersection of eras: blending the building’s industrial past with contemporary sensibilities and vintage craftsmanship. The intention was to maintain the honesty of textures: concrete, metal, and raw surfaces.

Pool on the roof top open seasonally, with views of the Acropolis! Movement classes are also offered in the basement, with a full schedule available. You can join whether you are a guest or a non-guest with a payment.

Okupa Kitchen & Listening Bar blends laid-back brunch vibes with late-night energy in a cozy-meets-cool setting. The venue seats 50 indoors and 80 on the garden patio, with a menu built on seasonal Mediterranean ingredients and subtle Levantine accents.

As the lights dim, the mood shifts with curated soundtracks from pioneering music curators, completing the Okupa experience, curators Georges Rallis and Hrag Darakjian shape the vinyl selections in the listening corner. You can enjoy classic cocktails and bites while chilling in the Japanese-inspired audiophile listening corner with live music shows once or twice a week.

Located in the reception area, discover unique treasures handcrafted by local artisans and supported NGOs. The selection includes everything from handmade jewellery and artisanal blends to traditional products and playful items, as well as a kiosk-style vending machine.

The Okupa Kitchen & Listening Bar is located on the ground floor and accessible by wheelchair. There is an elevator that gives access to the bedrooms.
