Highs & Lows

  • A look at the hotel website and the interior design appears threateningly to be over the top. In person though it’s a different story: the perfect contrast between contemporary vibes mixed with the building’s Art Deco history.

  • Israeli breakfast is an invention of the gods. Indulging in the hotel’s complimentary breakfast at the adjacent café, Loveat, on a beautiful Tel Aviv morning? Akin to heaven.

  • Free bikes to explore the city.

  • The staff: Israeli hospitality at its finest.

  • Hot Tel Aviv nights at the rooftop bar.

  • The location couldn’t be better: just steps to the Carmel Market where you can buy everything from beach shorts to the most decadent homemade babka (Jewy chocolate bread).

  • Don’t drink too much of that free Arak in your room—Rashid’s spiral wallpaper can feel a little out of control at times, even when sober.
