Henry Howard
Where:New Orleans, Louisiana
Why:Cross country road trip.
When:July 2016
Who:Just me! I have friends who live in town.

See food? Eat it. Freshest seafood, most inventive flavors. Yum.

It's all in the details.

Pillows so plush I could have stayed here all day.

This room was bigger than my NYC studio apartment.

Not really though....like double.

A gorgeous cauliflower pad thai, courtesy of a vegan booth at St Roche.

Quirky and cute lobby parlor area.

My own private veranda to sip sweet tea (or sweet tea vodka) and watch the world go by!

Once upon a time, only one family lived here.
Highs & Lows
Felt like home! I could have stayed a week thanks to the welcoming and unobtrusive vibe and staff.
Every detail was flawless. From the faucets to the furniture, and details like branded matches and a chic logo were a plus.
Did I mention the awesome staff? The perfect mix of available, helpful & discreet.
The beds. I could have stayed wrapped in soft linens and down pillows all day... unfortunately I had exploring to do.
They said they had french press coffee on demand. There was only drip.
Since there's no gym, I wish the neighboring one was free (or cheaper).
