Elegant lines, lush flora, and the Aegean Sea as a backdrop – welcome to Bodrum!

It is hard to resist not spending the day in such massive, beautiful, and comfortable room. The bed is a real treat and the balcony perched over the bay hosted some picturesque meditation sessions.

Don’t fear the 239 steps that separate the lobby and the beach. They help in keeping up with all the tempting food intake, and are also a delightful way to discover the gardens and its balmy scents, especially at dusk. (But the hotel’s golf carts can whisk you up and down, just in case.)

The lobby’s understated grace makes you feel at home in a heartbeat.

The first pop-up store of ‘74 Escape, a creative collective of travelers brought together by the refined eye of Demet Muftuoglu Eseli, houses compelling offbeat artwork, menswear by Umit Benan, and colorful beach essentials by Robert Rabensteiner.

Loving the 90’s vibes of the nightclub décor.

The minimal interior design with some fun and quirky accents is relaxing yet interesting and entertaining. This is “Acid Vision”, by Turkish artist Ayse Gul Suter.

The simple lines of the buildings are seamlessly integrated with the local surroundings, and the absolutely stunning landscape that mixes olive trees and other endemic flora is an attraction in itself.

Sunset by the infinity pool.

All of the terraces overlook Yalikavak Bay, one of the most charming corners of the Turkish Turquoise Coast.

Dream come true: breakfast served until 6pm. Here the traditional Turkish breakfast spread (among other international classics) at Kitchen.

Edi, the Princess. If you're lucky enough she'll join you for dinner.

The crescent of white sand is made of crushed marble – beauty for the eyes and much cooler on the feet.

A shortcut to plunge into the dense and crystalline salt water, the private cabanas are strategically located to watch the beach action or hop on a speed boat to that little extra dose of adventure.

Highs & Lows

  • The mind-blowing food by Peruvian chef Diego Muñoz. Using only the best local produce (that he personally selected at the local market as the sun was rising), he brings together refreshed versions of Turkish staples with quintessential ceviche and other el mundo flavors. The never-ending tasting menu at Brava restaurant is a journey not-to-be-missed!

  • The extraordinary selection of Turkish wines. We were dazzled bottle over bottle. Şerefe!

  • The combination of a multi-level vast property and a fairly small number of rooms results in an overall feeling of privacy and intimacy.

  • The staff. Friendly, attentive and professional, they were always open to cross any language barrier and go those extra miles to spoil us. True Turkish hospitality.

  • The short season. The hotel is only open from May to October.
