At Le Coucou I caught a moment before it got busier, the food left me crying with joy
Le Coucou serves up and I slurp up
Post dinner, pre sauna, quick stop in the room to change
Marble counter tops and brass, very much approved
Infrared sauna finale and now I can die happy

Super attentive customer service was the first thing I noticed. Met with a smile and warmth at check in, all staff continued to be incredibly friendly throughout my stay

Always excited about a trip to New York. The booking was incredibly quick and easy on their website powered by Selfbook. I was also able to call and arrange both a reservation at Le Coucou restaurant and the wellness spa with a breeze

11 Howard partnered with a number of nonprofit organizations that give back to the community including the Global Poverty Project, Conscious Commerce, Thrive Market and FEED Projects. They also use one-click bookings powered by Selfbook. It was just sad to see disposable cups at the minibar and in the bathroom and single use toiletries.

Depends on where I found myself. Breakfast at the Library was served with a melodic funk house playlist. Never too invasive or loud, just nice background chill vibes
