The Bowery Hotel Take the time to wander and discover all the fabulous hidden gems. The Lower East Side (LES) and East Village are packed with history and culture. And hey, The Bowery sits near where CBGB used to rock. It's become a ground zero for artists, musicians, and cool folks from everywhere, soaking up the vibes and adding to the area's creative energy.

The Bowery Hotel I always appreciate a dark, moody, sexy bar. Tucked away in the back, it feels like a speakeasy.

Highs & Lows

  • The overall experience is gratifying. You feel taken care of here. The front desk, bellboys, and lounge staff are very attentive. You feel like a VIP at all times.

  • It's in a perfect location in downtown Manhattan. You can walk almost anywhere from the Lower East Side to East Village, Soho, and Chinatown. It's also a short car or train ride to Upper Manhattan.

  • The Bowery has some of the most comfortable deep bathtubs. Please indulge in a room with a tub. You will thank me later.

  • I really appreciate a 24hr room service. I feel it's quite disappointing when you get to your room after a long day and not being able to order a snack.

  • The Bowery's lobby lounge is its own institution. It's where fascinating and influential people gather for business and pleasure. There's a sexy old-century gothic atmosphere and a toasty fireplace so go mingle.

  • Having no music at the lounge may be considered controversial, but I sometimes wish there was a little something something.
