Seamless. Bags were brought to our room (number 27) where Hero's signature In the Pink rose was on ice.

Hero hosts beach cleanups in partnership with The Surfrider Foundation and Oceanic Global. The property is mostly plastic free but still uses plastic toiletry bottles. They feature rotating local artwork at reception and in the back garden.

One of the best pools in The Hamptons. Heated at 84 degrees every day. There is no gym but Montauk itself is a fitness playground so there is really no need for a gym. Surf, hike, or take the hotel's complimentary bikes out for a cruise.
