The hotel has one of the best locations in the city for anyone visiting New York for the first time.

New Yorkers can be tough and coming back to the genuinely kind, helpful and calming Viceroy staff was blissful.

It is clear that the hotel is pretty eco-conscious and has adopted several environmentally focused programs in addition to a green purchasing policy where they make it a point to buy eco-friendly products for use in the hotel.

The hotel was packed and it was a bit frustrating to be around so many people whenever I stepped outside my room.
