Highs & Lows

  • The hotel has one of the best locations in the city for anyone visiting New York for the first time.

  • New Yorkers can be tough and coming back to the genuinely kind, helpful and calming Viceroy staff was blissful.

  • It is clear that the hotel is pretty eco-conscious and has adopted several environmentally focused programs in addition to a green purchasing policy where they make it a point to buy eco-friendly products for use in the hotel.

  • The hotel was packed and it was a bit frustrating to be around so many people whenever I stepped outside my room.
